Pricing for the Jacaré Issue TrackerSM is based on the number of resources (users) active during the month. The pricing includes:

Subscriptions are invoiced in advance on a quarterly basis. Payment is due in fifteen calendar days.

Importing issues from external tracking methods is available, and will be billed on an hourly basis.

On-site training and issue management process review are also available, billed on a daily basis.

*Downtime may be required periodically for upgrades - the project administrator(s) will be notified in advance of any downtime.
